Signage Upload Links

All signage needs to be uploaded to the below links by Wednesday, 26 August - please thoroughly read through the signage specifications located on the "Your Stand" page, as this will help you in the process of designing the correct artwork for your stand.

Your submission link will take you to a platform called Box.com. If you do not have a Box.com account, you will need to sign up for free. You can do this by clicking on “sign up” in the top right-hand corner and then click on “Individuals and Teams”, where you will see the option to create an account for free.

PAX Australia is open to the general public throughout the duration of the Show.  All visitors are required to purchase a ticket prior to entry. 

Attendees aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 years or older with their own badge. Children 6 and under can enter free without a badge, provided they're accompanied by an adult.

  • Exhibitors receive a set number of passes for their staff per stand, based on stand size (as listed below).
  • Passes are provided in the form of badges to be worn on lanyards and must be worn by exhibitors to enter the premises during the show days and must continue to be worn while inside.
  • Passes are generic and do not include names or companies. Passes are non-transferable.
  • Passes can be collected from the Exhibitor Services Desk during move-in but do not need to be worn until Friday morning.
