About the Content Creator Badge
The content creator badge is offered to both reputable and upcoming content creators in exchange for generating pre-event and at-show coverage for PAX Aus 2024. It gives the holder general access to the public areas of PAX for all three days of the event. Content Creator badge holders are also given an additional hour of access on specifically the Friday morning of PAX, with entry at 9am on Friday (10am on Saturday and Sunday).

Please note that completion of this application form does not guarantee you will receive a content creator badge.

Content Creator applications for PAX Aus 2025 are now open.

Application Period

This year, our Content Creator application open and closing window is aligned to simplify our refund process for accepted applicants. Please see our Refunds Policy below.

Badges will be accredited in waves closer to the show:

• Wave 1 applications close Tuesday 17 June
• Wave 2 applications close Wednesday 6 August

Applications will be processed and responses will be sent out by Wednesday 13 August 2025.

Refunds Policy
Approved Content Creator applicants are entitled to a refund of a purchased badge if requested by email to Rocket Comms by Thursday 21 August, 2025 at [email protected].

Expectation of Badge Holder
With a Content Creator badge, there is a expectation that suitable coverage of PAX Aus will be shared in pre-show and at show. Examples of this coverage may include;

• Sharing confirmation of your attendance at PAX across socials.
• Sharing highlights of exhibitors, panels or other content you are looking forward to seeing with your community.
• Sharing stream clips of engaging community discussion about PAX Aus.
• Sharing your PAX experience across your socials* in the build-up to or during the event.
  

Our social channels can be found everywhere @PAXAus, with our official hashtag being #PAXAus

*While Stories are fantastic, these delete after 24 hours, and we often miss these. If you do a collection of stories, kindly add these as an IG Highlight so we can see them post show.

Getting Involved at PAX

Due to the high demand and limited capacity of badges, we ask that you carefully consider which badge type is best for you when applying, as each applicant will be entitled to only one badge each at the show.

There are plenty of ways to get involved with the show to secure your attendance outside of a Content Creator Badge. You may also want to consider;

• Appear on a panel to receive a Special Guest Badge
• Working with an exhibiting partner
• Apply for a community room as a Community leader for a Special Guest badge (only suitable for large communities)
