PANEL SUBMISSIONS

Thinking about running a panel at PAX Aus 2025? Good on ya! Panels at PAX are sessions where people share something they’re passionate about – usually something to do with gaming or pop culture - get creative! You could do a talk, a Q&A, a discussion with a few mates, or something interactive with the crowd. It’s your chance to jump on stage and entertain, inform, or connect with the PAX Aus community.

To apply there’s a form to fill in with all the details about your panel – like what it’s about, who’s involved, and why it’d be a good fit for the show. A few tips: keep your description clear and to the point, explain what makes your panel different, and think about how it fits in with the PAX vibe. You’ll also want to include any co-hosts and their experience too.

Once you’ve sent it in, the team at PAX will go over all the submissions. If yours gets picked, they’ll shoot you an email with what happens next. Just keep in mind that heaps of people apply, so not every panel will make it. But if you’ve got a great idea and a bit of passion behind it, give it a crack – we’d love to see what you come up with!
