Exclusive PAX Aus merchandise (“Merchandise”) is available for pre-order for a limited time.
All Merchandise must be collected onsite at the Event during official Event hours. Merchandise will not be shipped or posted under any circumstances.
If a pre-ordered Merchandise item is available for collection at the Event but is not collected by the attendee during official Event hours, the order will be deemed forfeited and no refund will be provided.
Refunds will only be provided on merchandise that is faulty and refunds are not available for change of mind. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
If the minimum order quantity for any Merchandise item is not met, PAX Aus may cancel the order and provide a refund.

- Saturday 10 October - 9am - 6pm;
