Information on how to enter and all prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter is Reed Exhibitions Australia Pty Ltd ABN 47 000 146 921 of Tower 2, 475 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood NSW 2067. (“Promoter”)

1.       In these Terms and Conditions, “Visitor” means a person who purchased badges to PAX Aus 2025 at https://aus.paxsite.com/en-us/registration/attendee-registration.html.

2.       This promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all Australia residents who purchase badges to PAX Aus 2025.

3.       Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and Employees (and their immediate families) of agencies associated with the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

4.       Entrants must be aged 18 and over as at the date of entry.

5.       Eligible entrants can enter the Promotion by purchasing a badge(s) to PAX Aus 2025 and then, using the Gleam platform to post at least once on their social media accounts to invite their network to attend PAX Aus 2025 through Facebook, X, Instagram or one of the other valid entry options.

6.      This promotion commences on Tuesday, 25 March 2025 at 12:00PM AEDT and closes on Sunday, 12 October 2025 at 6:00PM AEDT.

7.      Entrants must have a valid public account on the relevant social media platform(s) with settings enabled to allow the Promoter to view any entry they post via social media. Entrants with multiple accounts in one platform may be disqualified. Without a valid public account, the Promoter may be unable to communicate with Referrer.

8.      The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age or proof of PAX Aus 2025 badge purchase in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, age and badge purchase considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

1.       The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://gleam.io/pYJ83/win-1-of-2-steam-deck-oled and pass any verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Sponsor.

2.       The entry must fulfil all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

3.       You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

4.       Only one entry will be assigned per Visitor and each Visitor can only win once.

5.       Only Visitors who meet all the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions are eligible to win.

6.       Prize draw will take place at Level 1, Tower 2, 475 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood NSW 2067 on Monday, 20 October 2025 at 11:00AM AEDT.

1.       The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive the following prizes: 2 winner(s) will receive a SteamDeck OLED.

2.       Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted.

3.       Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

1.      Promotion Winner(s) will be solely responsible for payment of any tax or other duties that may be payable by them in accepting a prize.

2.      Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal or permanent injury or loss of life; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.

3.      The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations in relation to entries to this promotion.

4.      If for any reason this promotion cannot proceed as planned, due to causes including but not limited to, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, subject to approval of the relevant authorities, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

1.      The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.

2.      The Promoter’s Privacy Policy is available at https://privacy.rxglobal.com/en-us.html and provides information about access to and collection of the personal information the Promoter holds.

3.      The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winners’ name and/or take a photograph and/or video for publicity purposes. It is a Term and Condition of entry into this promotion that the winner will consent to the Promoter doing so.

4.      Visitors consent to the Promoter using the winners’ name, likeness, image and/or voice if they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media without remuneration for the purpose of publicising this promotion or future promotions (including any outcome), and promoting events organised by the Promoter.
