Saturday 11th October - 8am - 6pm

We strongly encourage those who are able to pick up their badge in advance whenever possible, with Wednesday and Thursday pick up the best option to save time at the show.
Bring a copy of your badge confirmation email with your receipt number and your photo ID with you.
Pram Parking
Every area of PAX Aus is accessible with a pram, with the exception of the Expo Hall.
With the high numbers of attendees and activations spread across the Expo Hall, prams aren't permitted in this space to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone. Prams are allowed in the Tabletop area as there is higher lighting in the space and a large portion of people in the space are sitting at tables.
Pram Parking is available in the Convention Centre. Pram parking is a complementary service managed by MCEC venue staff and will be operational from 9:30am – 7:00pm each day of the event.
Cashless Venue
Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre is a cashless venue. If you’re planning on grabbing merch, food or drinks at the event, only card payments will be permitted throughout PAX Aus and MCEC.
Merch Booth
Don't forget to stop by the merch booth and check out our new exclusive official PAX Aus 2025 Merch.

Cosplay Guidelines
Want to show off your cosplay at PAX Aus? Please take a look at our Safety and Accessibility page for rules regarding your prop weapon. Your first stop should be at Info Desk for weapons check tagging for us to verify everything is legit and abiding by our criteria for safety.
If we have to hold your prop weapon for the show, we’re sorry, we wish things were different, and we’ll make sure you get it back when it’s time to leave. We’re charged with keeping tens of thousands of people we like an awful lot all safe and sound, and we’ve got to play things pretty conservatively when dealing with weapons (even in prop form).
Please also check out the Victorian Police policy on Imitation Firearms.
Survival Tips From Our Veterans
- Comfortable shoes are critical, as you'll be doing a LOT of walking around.
- Drink (bring) plenty of water, hand sanitiser, portable phone charger and snacks!
- Prioritise what you want to do/see/buy - you likely won't get to do everything you want, even in 3 days!
- If you want a photo with someone, ask them if it's okay first!
- Don't be afraid to talk to people in queues, they are people just like you! or bring queue-friendly games! From handheld consoles to card games to play with friends - we see it all at PAX.
- Be kind to everyone around you. If you need a hand finding people, locations or things, keep an eye out for your local Enforcer - the super helpful, friendly folks in the yellow PAX shirts.
