PAX XP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter and all prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter is RX Australia Pty Ltd ABN 47 000 146 921 of Tower 2, 475 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood NSW 2067. (“Promoter”)

1.      In these Terms and Conditions, “Visitor” means a person who holds a valid and registered badge to PAX Aus 2024, available at https://aus.paxsite.com/en-us/registration/attendee-registration.html.

2.      This promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all Australia residents who holds a valid and registered badge to PAX Aus 2024.

3.      Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and Employees (and their immediate families) of agencies associated with the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

4.      Entrants must be aged 18 and over as at the date of entry.

5.      Eligible entrants can enter the Promotion by attending PAX Aus 2024 with a valid and registered badge, and then scanning the 16 hidden PAX XP QR codes with the PAX mobile app on site at PAX Aus.

6.      This promotion commences on Friday, 11 October 10:00AM AEDT and closes on Sunday, 13 October 2024 at 6:00PM AEDT.

7.      The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age or proof of PAX Aus 2024 badge purchase to claim a prize. Proof of identification, age and badge purchase considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

1.      With a valid and registered badge, visitors must download the PAX mobile app. They must then find and scan the 16 hidden PAX XP QR codes (located around PAX Aus) using the PAX mobile app to uncover a hidden image. Visitors must then present the completed PAX XP image at the Info Desk to receive access to the entry form.

2.      The Visitor must complete the entry form and opt in to receiving communications from PAX and Rocket Comms.

3.      Only one entry will be assigned per Visitor and each Visitor can only win once.

4.      Only Visitors who meet all the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions are eligible to win.

5.      Prize draw will take place at RX Australia, 475 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood NSW 2760 on Monday, 21 October 2024 at 11:00AM AEDT.

1.      There are ten major prizes to be won: the first ten valid entries drawn at random from all valid entries will win 1 x Nanoleaf 2 Metre Matter Compatible Lightstrip Starter Kit, 1 x Nanoleaf Gadget Pouch, 1 x Nanoleaf Pillow, 1 x Twelve South DeskPad, 1 x Twelve South AirFly SE, 1 x Care Bears Cheekies Plush, 1 x $100 Gift Card for Funlab. Total prize value of $350 (including GST and postage).  

2.      Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and substituted with cash.

3.      The winners will be notified within 2 business days after the draw by email from Rocket Comms to provide instructions for the entrants to verify their entry and eligibility. The winners’ names will be published across PAX Aus marketing channels, including PAX Aus’ Facebook page (@PAXAUS) and website (https://aus.paxsite.com/en-us/pax-and-win.html), on 25 October 2024. To receive the prize the winner must agree to this publication.

4.      The Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner from the eligible entrants in the promotion in the event the winning Visitor is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions and therefore forfeits the prize.

5.      The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in delivery relating to stock levels faced by the supplier of the prize.

6.      If the prize remains unclaimed on 18 January 2025, a second draw will be conducted at RX Australia, 475 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood NSW 2760 on Monday, 21 October 2024 at 11:00AM AEDT. The winner of any such unclaimed prize will be notified within 2 business days after the draw by email to provide instructions for the entrants to verify their entry and eligibility. Their name will be published across PAX Aus’ marketing channels, including PAX Aus’ Facebook page (@PAXAUS) and website (https://aus.paxsite.com/en-us/pax-and-win.html), on 28 January 2024. To receive the prize the winner must agree to this publication.

1.      Promotion Winner(s) will be solely responsible for payment of any tax or other duties that may be payable by them in accepting a prize.

2.      Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal or permanent injury or loss of life; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.

3.      The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations in relation to entries to this promotion.

4.      If for any reason this promotion cannot proceed as planned, due to causes including but not limited to, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, subject to approval of the relevant authorities, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

1.      The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.

2.      The Promoter’s Privacy Policy is available at https://privacy.rxglobal.com/en-us.html and provides information about access to and collection of the personal information the Promoter holds.

3.      The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winners’ name and/or take a photograph and/or video for publicity purposes. It is a Term and Condition of entry into this promotion that the winner will consent to the Promoter doing so.

4.      Visitors consent to the Promoter using the winners’ name, likeness, image and/or voice if they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media without remuneration for the purpose of publicising this promotion or future promotions (including any outcome), and promoting events organised by the Promoter.
