PANEL APPLICATIONS

PAX Aus Panel Submissions close August 4

Do you love gaming so much that you want to share and shout it from the rooftop? Well, do we have news for you!

We’re looking for content submissions that talk about any and every aspect of tabletop games and video games be it their culture, their development, their industries, and anything in between.

Whether you're in the industry, a content creator, a streaming sensation or, an avid community member this is your time to shine live on the PAX AUS stage!

Before you blow a fuse with excitement, make sure you go watch this video with all the details you need for an amazing submission: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGZ0FROUouc

If you're not one for YouTube videos, don't worry we prepared a TLDR:

  • Submit a topic you are passionate about!
  • Remember. GAMING IS FOR EVERYONE! This should be reflected in your choice of panellists. We want to see people from all walks of life, ages, identities and backgrounds. Therefore, group submissions will be prioritised over solo submissions.
  • If accepted you will be allocated a time, day and Theatre to host your panel. You will also receive a SPEAKER INFO pack closer to the show with further details.
  • Panels are 60 minutes in length. One-Shot TTRPG Panels are allocated 90 minutes.
  • Each Theatre comes with a roaming microphone for the host, goose microphones for seated panellists, a smart computer with internet, a USB port, HDMI cable and large screen.
  • Theatres are about living in the moment, therefore physical presence at the show will be prioritised over pre-recorded/live stream content.
  • If you want to record the audio of your panel, please bring a laptop with recording software, the AV tech will help you out.
  • If you want to record the panel, please bring a recording device.
  • All accepted panellists will receive a shiny SPECIAL GUEST BADGE for contributing to the community. This badge will allow our friends in yellow, Enforcers, to give you early access into the Theatre so you can prep 30 minutes prior to your panel. And yes, you can return your badge if your panel is accepted.  Just email [email protected].

Lastly, please have ALL your details before you submit. Once your panel is submitted, you will not be able to amend the details... unless you email the friendly Content Team at [email protected]. They might help you, if you say please.

GLHF! We look forward to reading your submissions.
